A comfortable seating ensemble faces the pool, and a wall mounted TV for that "must see" game.  The pool level also has a Game Room indoors with a ping pong table, dart board, and access to a convenient full hall bath. One of the Guest Bedrooms on this level has a queen sized bed that opens out onto the lanai while another is a Bunk Room with a total of six twin sized beds for the kids.

Two additional beautifully appointed Guest Bedrooms are on the second floor with a king sized bed in one along with a private bath, and another room with a queen/queen bunk that has access to a full Hall Bath.  This level also features the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. A comfortable array of furniture faces a 75" wall mounted TV with Surround Sound. Glass doors lead out to a lovely gulf view veranda. A tropically inspired dining area has ten tall straw woven chairs while four more may be seated on stools alongside the white marble-topped bar with waterfall siding. The handsome Chefs Kitchen has a double oven, gas range, top of the line refrigerator/freezer and a Wine Cooler.

The Master Bedroom with an ensuite bath on the third floor has a king sized bed and two walls of windows with glass doors that overlook the jewel-toned gulf and provide access to a breezy balcony that measures 15 x 30. The luxurious bath has double vanities encased in creamy white cabinetry and a glass-walled walk-in shower.

An elegant spiral staircase leads up to the top floor bonus living area that has comfortable furnishings, a Wet Bar, and double glass doors that lead out to a rooftop open sun deck that provides panoramic views of the glittering gulf.

This fantastic location in Blue Mountain Beach is near restaurants, friendly bars, South Walton's oldest health food store, a creamery, and a bakery. Blue Mountain Beach has two claims to fame, which include having the highest elevation on the entire gulf and Blue Wave Beach status, which is the nation's highest rating for cleanliness along with natural beauty.

First Floor: Queen bedroom with shared walk-in shower and slider leading to lanai & pool. Two triple twin bunks. Garage game room with dart board, ping pong table, and bathroom.

Backyard includes covered 12x32 lania, outdoor living area with flat screen TV, wet bar, dining table, stand-alone gas grill, and pool with suntan ledge.

Second Floor: Chef's kitchen, living room with 75" TV & surround sound, dining room, outdoor balcony with views, king bedroom with tub/shower combo, queen/queen bunk room with shared walk-in shower.

Third Floor: Master suite with walk-in shower, garden tub, wet bar, and 15x30 outdoor covered balcony with views.

Fourth Floor: Bonus living space, wet bar with dishwasher, half bath, and double beach view decks.

*Add $35.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).

Saturday to Saturday reservations only Memorial Day - Labor Day, and Sunday to Sunday reservations for the remainder of the year.
