Besides the beautiful beach, this stunning Coastal Dune Lake is a rare treasure since such bodies of water are found hardly anywhere else on the entire planet. An estuary cuts through a dune connecting the artisan spring-fed lake with the salted Gulf. This creates a magical mixture of water from ongoing tidal action, which provides a unique natural habitat that supports an abundant variety of fish, waterfowl, and natural foliage. Besides swimming in the glowing Gulf, guests enjoy fishing upon this lovely lake or exploring it by paddleboard or kayak. One added perk is that this home also comes with its own private pool. It comes with an expansive paver stone patio, an outdoor shower and a grill for poolside cookouts.

Inside Almost Heaven, a nice den at the poolside level off four of the guest quarters includes a vibrantly blue couch which doubles as the sleeper sofa, a floral patterned accent chair, and a flatscreen TV for entertainment. One Guest Bedroom includes a king-sized bed with a plush tufted headboard and a full en suite bath. Two other lovely Guest Bedrooms with a king-sized bed in one and a queen in the other share a full Jack n Jill Bath. A patriotically inspired Kid’s Quarters with two twin bunks is attired in red, white, and blue. They have access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room off the den.

The bright open Great Room upstairs includes the living, kitchen, and dining areas. Two full-sized white couches flank a brown suede couch for a comfortable seating ensemble facing a flatscreen TV. Double glass doors lead out to a screened covered veranda that spans across two corners with views of the dazzling Gulf and the sparkling pool. Multiple chairs and a dining table that seats six invites you to enjoy favorite drinks and meals while relishing the views. A tropically inspired dining table indoors near the open kitchen includes eight richly woven high backed chairs beside a rustic table that sits beneath a charming box lantern chandelier. The crisp contemporary state of the art kitchen has a gleaming white-topped island, a matching wrap-around counter with custom cabinetry, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a row with four windows that provide Gulf views.

Both the Guest Bedroom and Master Bedroom on this level include king-sized beds and full en suite baths. The Master Suite has direct access to its own romantic balcony, and its luxury bath features white Carrara Marble topped twin vanities and a handsome glass-walled shower.

This central 30A location is minutes away from restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, and fun festivals at Old Grayton Beach and Seaside. Have a “heavenly” time!
