Feel the breeze from the beach as well as from across an exotic coastal dune lake when staying here at the aptly named Beach Breeze. This three story South Walton vacation home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms providing plenty of space. Wide covered balconies with ceiling fans extend across the upper stories from side to side. Here you may enjoy savory snacks and favorite beverages while soaking up the views. A table that seats four allows you to dine al fresco if you’d like and brightly colored Adirondack chairs encourage leisurely lounging.

The interiors in the main living area are light and cheerful with creamy white tiled flooring and pastel yellow colored walls. Two comfortable couches face a flat screen TV and glass doors that lead out onto the balcony. A charming dining table under an antique-styled globed chandelier has six decorative oval backed chairs. Nearby are four more matching raised chairs that flank the richly mottled, granite topped Breakfast Bar. Milk white custom cabinetry provides a warm homey flair and the very ample kitchen has enough room to create any kind of fun family feast. An open staircase leads upstairs to the three sets of bedrooms, all of which are suites since each one has its own private bath. Another full bathroom is downstairs to rinse off from a day at the beach.

The large Master Suite has a king sized bed and honey toned hardwood flooring. A flat screen TV sits directly across the room above some built in drawers. Double doors lead out onto the third floor covered balcony where you may enjoy the night air or plan your day over a cup of coffee. The other Guest Bedrooms are also nicely and comfortably appointed, one of which has a king sized bed and the other a queen.

This neighborhood of Dune Breeze Villas has a nice community pool as well as a dock that overlooks the lake. You may want to try to catch some fish. In the distance you can see the dune that separates this lake from the glistening gulf which creates a rich habitat for flora and fauna. This Dune Allen Beach location is just off Scenic 30A and all the delightful picture perfect towns along South Walton’s coast are just a short distance away. Each has galleries, restaurants, lively bars, interesting boutiques, fun seasonal festivals and musical concerts.

You are also close to Sandestin in Miramar Beach, hosting lots of family fun at The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Silver Sands, the nation’s largest Designer Discount Outlet is also located in Miramar Beach so you can catch up on your shopping list while saving big bucks. However, you may just want to relax and be still as you enjoy the “beach breeze” at this gracious Dune Allen vacation home.
