East of the sugary coast you will come across a rare exotic coastal dune lake. Western Lake is located across from the charming village center of Grayton Beach. It sits beside a dune that separates it from the gulf, and it opens and closes into the Gulf of Mexico. This mix of salty freshwater supports a natural abundance of wildlife, flora, and fauna. Such lakes are found only here, in Madagascar, parts of Australia and the Pacific Northwest.

Dune Watch accommodates up to eight beachgoers with a king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen-sized bed in one of the Guest Bedrooms, and an additional queen-sized bed with a bonus twin bed in the second Guest Bedroom. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area may be used as an additional sleeping quarter. The home is updated, comfortably furnished and decorated with colorful art that provides a cheerful ambiance. A plush light green love seat and rich burgundy toned couch provide a comfortable seating ensemble facing a flatscreen TV for entertainment. Nearby a rectangular glass topped dining table with eight decorative metal chairs sits beneath a charming chandelier. All conspire to have you dine-in for that family feast. The kitchen features an open dove gray counter bar, the perfect spot to present a buffet, savory seafood snacks, and tropical drinks. The Master Bedroom has its own private en-suite bath while the two Guest Bedrooms share a full hall bath that also serves as a powder room. All the bedrooms are decorated in an enchanting cottage style.

This Grayton Beach vacation home is only a short stroll away from two popular restaurants including Chiringos for delicious Spanish style food along with the famed Red Bar for great dining, drinks, and live music. Many other restaurants, bars, specialty shops, musical concerts and seasonal festivals are minutes away along Scenic 30A throughout South Walton.
