The Old Florida exteriors of this gracious four-story home in this beautiful setting will make you want to do a "High Five" as soon as you arrive! Columned verandas span its width on two upper levels front and back, with an observation rooftop deck off the fourth floor. This brings the outdoors inside with convenient direct access from virtually every room. The first floor features a large veranda that overlooks the pool and lake. This spacious area was made for family entertainment with a nice seating area, a full wet bar with a mini-refrigerator, and a hardwood topped picnic table to enjoy drinks with savory snacks.

The second floor's open living area has a bright contemporary look with nautical blue and white colors. Comfortable furnishings include a cream-colored couch, matching armchairs, and two tropically inspired straw woven accent chairs. A dining table nearby has five high backed chairs draped with white safari-style slipcovers. A powder room is conveniently close by in between the two floors. Glass doors lead out to a pool view veranda with another dining table along with upscale outdoor furnishings for drinks and dining al fresco.  The state of the art kitchen features a wide white island with three unique vintage modern basket chairs, a restaurant-sized gas range, and a large white French cabinet door refrigerator/freezer. One of the two Master Bedrooms is on this level with a king-sized bed, its own balcony, and a lavish bath with double vanities, a deep soaking tub as well as a glass-walled shower.

The third level includes a second Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed, its own private balcony with a pair of porch swings, and a luxurious ensuite bath that also features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two other stylishly appointed Guest Bedrooms on this floor also include ensuite baths with a king-sized bed in one and a queen in the other. The top floor has a wonderfully furnished den that includes a wet bar, glass doors out to the rooftop sun deck, a full hall bath, and a kid's quarters accommodating four with two twin bunks.

Grayton Landing features a lakeside swimming pool with a sun patio, ample pool loungers, a pair of hammocks, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill for fun cookouts, a wet bar, and a pavilion with tables for poolside dining. It's only a five-minute stroll to the beach, but you can launch a paddleboard from the neighborhood dock and get across the lake to the gulf in no time.

This fantastic location is near delightful diversions in Grayton Beach. They include the iconic Red Bar, which features live music and great food, Chiringo for Tapas, The Zoo Gallery for unique decorative art, and the rollicking AJs Oyster House. Additional restaurants, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, open-air concerts, and fun festivals are also minutes away at Seaside.
