It has a fantastic location in prestigious Seacrest Beach in a privately gated exclusive residential enclave at the very end of the cul-de-sac, just a stone’s throw away from the neighborhood beach access. This home also has a lovely 12x16 ft lagoon-shaped swimming pool, so besides luxuriating in the nearby gulf, you are steps away from taking a refreshing pool plunge. This tropically adorned three-story home takes full advantage of this premier placement with five spacious outdoor balconies and verandas that offer stunning views of the nearby gulf. It provides a perfect place for multiple members of your beach reunion party as two separate living areas, and private bedrooms are located on all three levels.

The first-floor poolside level includes a comfortably appointed living area with a pastel blue couch, a matching love seat, a long rustic beach-inspired dining table with bench seating for eight, a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, and cabinetry along with a game table. Sliding glass doors lead directly out to the pool patio, and two guest quarters on this level share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. Lovely cottage styled furnishings include a queen-sized bed in one and twins in the other.

The main open living area is on the second floor. It has glass doors that lead out a balcony that with a café table and seating, an Adirondack double bench, and a rocker to enjoy drinks with savory snacks while relishing the gulf views.  The living area has two beautiful brown leather couches with a tropically inspired straw woven accent chair facing a flatscreen TV for entertainment. A unique round, rich honey-toned hardwood table has six creamy white decorative chairs for charming dining.  The nearby open kitchen bar includes four matching raised chairs for wining and dining. The kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and plenty of custom cabinetry to fulfill all your culinary needs. Two Guest Bedrooms on this floor share a full hall bath with a tub shower combo. One has a king-sized bed with a white slatted gate headboard while the other has a queen-sized bed with a plush tufted headboard.

Two huge lavish Master Suites are on the top floor with king-sized beds and private luxury baths. The main Master Suite has a wide westward facing balcony featuring romantic heavenly sunsets, a beverage bar nook with a mini-refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The other suite has an intimate balcony with glorious views of the gulf and pool down below.

This sought after Seacrest Beach location is walking distance from abundant restaurants, friendly bistros and specialty shops nearby as well as outdoor concerts, and fun seasonal festivals in Rosemary Beach.
