Description

Prominence is defined as a place “denoting preeminence, distinction, notability, stature and standing.” Certainly this term applies to the new town of Prominence, which is located near Watersound at the far eastern end of Scenic 30A along the gorgeous beaches of South Walton. This awesome location is just west of Alys Beach, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach in one of the most sought after positions on The Emerald Coast.

Out-A-Bounds is a three bedroom townhome that is brand new, beautifully furnished and ready to graciously receive guests! The open main living area is bright, clean and spacious. A light colored richly knotted hardwood floor flows throughout and comfortable contemporary furnishings include a white cloth couch that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa along with a matching love seat. A wall mounted TV provides entertainment and each of the three bedrooms has one as well for nighttime viewing pleasure. The new gourmet kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances with everything you need to create a fun family feast. A large kitchen island has four raised seats and a formal table nearby seats four more.

The Master Bedroom has a full luxury bath en suite with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The room itself is spacious and bright with a large king size bed and a wall-hung flat screen TV. The Guest Bedrooms share a full bath while a half bath off the main living area serves as a convenient powder room. One lovely Guest Room has a queen-size bed while the other is a colorful bunk room with a twin trundle perfect for kids. All three bedrooms are decorated with a light nautical theme that provides a charming ambiance.

The center of prestigious Prominence is called The Hub, which serves as the heart of town. The Hub encompasses three acres with over 30,000 square feet of space for new specialty shops, restaurants, bistro bars and other delightful diversions. Picnic tables along with comfortable outdoor seating is provided nearby on a green lawn and a sugar white sandy area and under a large covered open air arbor. This is centered upon an outdoor event pavilion that hosts regular musical concerts, seasonal festivities and family movie nights. A fully stocked bar serves favorite adult beverages, cold beer and wine. Prominence’s Pool House is nearby beside a 5,000 square foot sparkling community swimming pool surrounded by an expansive stone paver patio and adorned with tropical palm trees. This wonderful residential amenity includes bathhouses with restroom facilities, showers, dressing rooms and individually owned private cabanas poolside. There is an outdoor kitchen with stainless steel grills, wet bar with sinks and dining tables so you may enjoy a poolside barbeque. A state of the arts Fitness Facility and spa are also on site. The beautiful beach is a short distance away and guests are quickly transported there throughout the day there on the seasonal Prominence Community Shuttle.
