There are plenty of chairs for lounging along with a poolside cabana that has showers and bathrooms for added convenience. Stairs lead down to the beach below so within no time you may go from taking a freshwater dip in the pool to floating around in the glowing green gulf.

Palms of Dune Allen 206 has up front and center views of the pool as well as stunning sweeping views of the glittering gulf that extend as far as you can see. A breezy balcony with comfortable wicker furniture spans the width of this residence and here you will want to spend a lot of time sipping your favorite drinks while enjoying the views. This sensational scenery is framed by multiple sets of sliding glass doors in the main open living area that also provide access to the beachfront balcony. A comfortable ensemble of furnishings faces these views as well as a flat screen TV. Delightful dining for a savory seafood feast can be enjoyed around a table with six high backed chairs. Dune Allen Beach has two popular restaurants nearby. The Vue on 30A is within walking distance right down the beach. It features Floridian as well as Caribbean styled seafood, a stylish cocktail lounge and has awesome views of the gulf. Another popular restaurant is called Stinky's Fish Camp. Despite the strange name this rustic looking place serves fresh seafood and specializes in locally caught fish. There is a wide selection of beer and an ample variety of wine. Gulf Place is close by with restaurants, art galleries, specialty boutiques and seasonal festivals. This Scenic 30A gateway is minutes away from many picturesque coastal villages each of which has its own wonderful personality. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin offer a wide assortment of amusements, restaurants, lively bars and unique shopping venues.
