It sits centered within a clustered grove of winding Live Oak trees out front and the shores of Western Lake out back. Coastal Dune Lakes of this kind are rare natural treasures found hardly anywhere else in the world. They connect to salty waters like the Gulf with creek-like tributaries that flow in two directions depending upon which way the tide is going. This creates a magical mixture of salted freshwater that provides a unique abundant habitat for various fish, fowl, and plants. This home comes with a partially covered dock on its shore, so you may try your luck fishing and launch a paddleboard or kayak to explore the lake. Within minutes you can paddle over to the beach on the southern side, where it connects to the lake. The other side of the lake is part of the highly acclaimed Grayton Beach State Park, which was just named "The Number One Beach in America" after an extensive nationwide study.

This seven-bedroom Grayton Beach vacation home has enough beds available to sleep all sixteen guests. It takes full advantage of this unique location with an open rooftop sundeck with lounge chairs where you may enjoy the beautiful lake views. Multiple living areas provide enough space for all members of your family and friends. These include two adjoining family rooms and a wonderful Sun Room. The Sun Room spans this house's width with rows of floor to ceiling windows and comfortable furnishings along with a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The main open living area has a stylish Vintage Modern look with a sleek contemporary cream-colored couch, a  double white ottoman, and a round chic slanted blue chair, all facing a flatscreen TV. Nearby is a rectangular hardwood with six cushioned wood-framed Vintage Modern chairs for charmed dining. The open kitchen nearby includes a long angled white-topped island with paneled siding, crisp white modern cabinetry, and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

Each one of the bedrooms has comfortable cottage styled furnishings. The downstairs Master Suite has a king-sized bed with an adjoining bath with a tub shower combo that connects to a Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The other five bedrooms are upstairs with access to the spacious Sun Room and have access to two separate Hall Baths that include walk-in showers.

Besides the serene lake and beautiful beach, this home is only two blocks away from the historic village center of Grayton Beach. The new Red Bar features great food, craft cocktails, and live music. The Zoo Gallery across the street features a vibrant array of unique decorative art created by artists nationwide. Nearby the Chiringo features Spanish Tapas and seasonal entertainment. This locale is also minutes away from many other restaurants, beach bars, shops, amphitheater concerts, and fun festivals at Seaside.
