Santa Rosa Sunset features a bright open main living area that takes full advantage of this sensational scenery with two walls of windows providing both southerly and westerly views. Two covered balconies on both the first and second floor levels allow you to enjoy the soothing sound of the surf and the vivid views while savoring favorite drinks and appetizers. A plush couch with two matching chairs and a rich leather armchair share these views as well as a flat screen TV. Six chairs sit around a rectangular dining table next to the two walls of windows that overlook the glistening gulf. The state of the arts kitchen has everything you need to create a family feast since it features stainless steel appliances, plenty of custom cabinetry for goodies and sleek dark granite countertops for serving up a tasty meal. Four raised chairs are saddled up to the bar so favorite drinks may be served here as well. All of the bedrooms in this graciously hospitable comfortable home are vibrantly colored using almost every color of the rainbow to achieve a warm beachy cheerful countenance.

This great location is close to a popular restaurant called the Vue on 30A which is part of the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club with an eighteen hole golf course that has been described by Golf Magazine as “the purest golf on the Florida panhandle.” Both the restaurant and golf course are open to the public. Vue on 30A features Floridian and Caribbean styled seafood. An ultra modern cocktail lounge displays decorative lighting and comfortable furnishings. Another popular restaurant called Stinky's Fish Camp is also close by and despite the strange name, they serve great fresh seafood and specialize in locally gulf caught fish. Santa Rosa’s Gulf Place is a minute away with a colorful collection of retail shops, restaurants and bistros that wrap around an expansive two acre grassy outdoor amphitheater. This serves as a focal point for seasonal festivals, live musical entertainment, outdoor concerts and art shows throughout most of the year.
