The village center is affectionately known as “The Hub” and serves as the heart of town. The Hub encompasses three acres with over 30,000 square feet that includes a wide variety of restaurants, bistro bars, specialty shops, galleries, boutiques, and other delights. Here there is an amazing Events Stage that hosts live music concerts and fabulous festivities. The comfortably furnished grounds facing the stage feature various upscale seating ensembles with cushioned couches and chairs. Additional community amenities include a shimmering 5,000 square-foot lagoon-shaped swimming pool, studded with towering palms on every curve. The resort styled Prominence Pool House alongside it has separate spa-like bathrooms, showers, and dressing rooms.  A large Kitchen Pavilion nearby includes a long row of stainless steel gas grills with ovens as well as tables and chairs for poolside cookouts. You may go from taking a wonderful dip in the pool to experiencing a glorious gulf plunge in no time since a seasonal community shuttle whisks guests to and from the beautiful beaches nearby.  There is also a modern fitness center on-site.

SeaSet Skies is a second story duplex townhome. The open living space has a bright, crisp, clean look accentuated by a wall of windows and double glass doors that lead out to a breezy balcony. Soaring ceilings include elegantly framed double tray accents that provide a regal look. Light beach washed hardwood flooring throughout along with paintings of sparkling white seascapes, sea life, and nautical décor provide a sublime coastal flourish. Comfortable furnishings include two oversized armchairs and a large couch cloaked with tropically inspired white slipcovers that face a TV above a rustic credenza. Four high backed hardwood country chairs with cushioned seats nearby sit beside a round-topped table beneath a charming glass box lantern chandelier. Two bar chairs face the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances with a side by side refrigerator/freezer, a hooded six-burner gas grill top range, an oven, built-in microwave, and an assortment of additional countertop appliances. Creamy white custom cabinetry has plenty of room for tasty treats and everything you need for a fantastic family feast.

The Master Bedroom Suite includes a king-sized bed with a provincial hardwood headboard that sits beneath a row of small decorative square windows that provide accent lighting. The en suite luxury bath has a long white vanity with separate sinks at each end. A glass-walled shower is adorned with white marble tiling and has a unique atrium window high above it for natural light. The sunny Guest Bedroom has charming, comfortable cottage styling with a queen-sized bed below a wall with four vibrant mini-paintings of sea life and has access to a full hall bath.

Besides The Hub this great South Walton location is close to lots of restaurants, bistros specialty shops and seasonal festivals at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.
