It’s been recently refurbished to get you into beach vacation mode quickly. Up to 14 fortunate beach-going guests may be accommodated here. The sugary shoreline and jewel-toned waters of the luminescent gulf are only about 250 yards away. Located in a wonderful little world of its own known as Gulf Trace, the place itself is in a forested neighborhood in Grayton Beach. In fact, the Grayton Beach State Park wraps around the eastern side of this lovely community. Forbes Magazine recently reported that a national study acclaimed this park as one of the most beautiful in America. A rare unique coastal dune lake has a flowing estuary connection to the gulf here which provides a magical mixture of salt and fresh water. Such bodies of water are found in very few other places on earth and lucky for you, this is one of them. They provide a natural habitat that supports abundant wildlife. Besides enjoying the beautiful beach, you might try your luck fishing on this serene lake or adventure out on a paddleboard or kayak.  

Another delightful option you have is to lounge around this Southern Heaven's 30’ x 13' private pool. This pool patio is studded with palm trees that provide an inviting tropical setting. A covered veranda spans all the way across the back of this gracious home overlooking the lovely lagoon-shaped pool.  A table with chairs in a covered patio down below and a  grill will inspire you to have a family cookout and dine poolside.

The veranda above is accessed from the Great Room in Southern Heaven and has a cathedral ceiling that encompasses the kitchen, living and dining rooms. A comfortable wraparound couch faces a large TV for entertainment on one side with an oversized armchair and game table behind. There is abundant space for large family gatherings with a dining table that seats ten and a breakfast bar nearby for five more. The kitchen has everything you need to create a fun feast with stainless steel appliances, lots of honey-toned cabinetry for your goodies and a wide granite-topped bar to set out drinks or tasty buffets.

The Master Bedroom Suite is on this level has a king sized bed and private bath. It is decorated with blue interiors and vivid whimsical accents. The rose-colored Guest Bedroom is adorned with vibrant decorative prints of tropical birds has a king sized bed, a pair of bunks and an en-suite bath. Both upstairs Guest Bedrooms have two queen-sized beds each and en-suite baths. One room is painted sky blue color while the other is done in lively lime green.   

This Grayton Beach location is close to restaurants, beach bars, and boutiques just minutes away along Scenic 30A. Places like nearby Seaside also feature outdoor musical concerts and seasonal festivals.
