This two bedroom vacation rental sits beachfront on a dune in South Walton’s Blue Mountain Beach, which is famously acclaimed for having the highest elevation along the entire Gulf of Mexico. This second level perch in a small residential building has a beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the sparkling scenery and listen to soothing surf sounds while sipping your favorite chilled drink. Spectacular sunsets occur right over the gulf as the golden orb sinks down into the watery western horizon from mid-October thru early March. Summer visitors may enjoy full magical moons that rise out of the gulf towards the east during that time of year and light up the night sky with its enchanting bright silvery light.  

Sunseekers 4 was recently refurbished and artistically decorated in a vibrant Caribbean style. The result was the creation of an ambiance that is casual, comfortable and whimsical with rustic beach chic styling. The open living area includes a comfortable creamy white couch and love seat with safari styled slip coverings that face the double glass balcony doors. A pink coffee table has painted turquoise blue insets that feature boards for checkers or chess on one side and backgammon on the other. A colorful cloth bucket chair and a thickly cushioned daybed type bench in a rustic barn wood backed alcove provide additional seating. A unique suspended Merman sculpture holding a giant pearl hangs beside a round glass topped table with four decorative yellow bentwood cane chairs.  The ample open kitchen nearby includes a granite topped bar with additional barn wood siding flanked by four stools individually painted in distinct vibrant colors.

The Master Bedroom has serene light seafoam green interior walls with a king-sized bed beside double windows that face out to the gorgeous gulf. A glass door on another wall provides easy access to the breezy beach balcony. This room has a full private en-suite bath with beach décor. The Guest Bedroom includes two full beds, double sunny windows and is whimsically attired with a colorful painting of a giant fish. This room has direct access to a full en-suite styled bathroom that is also accessible from the hallway as a convenient powder room.

This fabulous Blue Mountain Beach location is within walking distance of Johnny McTigh’s Irish Pub, Blue Mabel’s Smokehouse & Provisions, a fine dining establishment called Trebeache, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and For the Health of It, which is the oldest health food store in South Walton. You are also minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly beach bars and shopping in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Seaside.

All One Level: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry. 

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night. 

On-site parking restricted to one vehicle per property. Minimal overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
