This wonder-filled environment is a forested neighborhood nestled away “off the beaten path.” Its heavenly setting sits beside a vast expanse of dunes towards the west, the jewel-toned gulf to the south and Grayton Beach State Park, which wraps around the eastern side of this lovely community. Forbes Magazine recently reported that a national study acclaimed this park as the fourth most beautiful beach in America. This stunning locale includes a forested rare precious coastal dune lake. This lake sits beside a sugary dune with a freshwater estuary connection to the salty gulf, creating an exotic magical mixture of salt and freshwater from ongoing tidal action, providing a unique natural habitat that supports abundant wildlife. It features a treasured variety of fish, fowl and native indigenous plants. Besides enjoying the beautiful beach, guests enjoy fishing upon this serene forested lake or adventuring out on a paddle board or kayak.

You are immediately impressed as you arrive by the size of this stately vacation home, which has plenty of stoned paver space for parking and is embellished with beautiful tropical landscaping. The spacious open living area has a sunny bright look enhanced by abundant windows and comfortable furnishings. A wraparound couch is under one triple set of windows, which has tones in pastel gray and cream and is flanked by two decorative chairs that provide a regal look. A formal dining area has six white double crisscross backed chairs beside a long table that sits beneath a multi-shaded chandelier. The state of the art kitchen beside it features stainless steel appliances, lots of white custom cabinetry for goodies, and a long sleek gleaming black granite-topped bar with stool seating - where favorite drinks may be enjoyed with appetizers.

The stately spacious Master Bedroom Suite includes a private luxury bath with a long soaking tub, double vanities, and a glass-walled shower. A four-posted safari-inspired king-sized bed faces a sizeable chocolate-colored armoire that houses the TV entertainment. The Guest Bedrooms are all beautifully furnished, most come with a private luxury bath, and all have a bright white look. One serves as an excellent room for the kids featuring a queen bunk bed with a queen trundle, as well as a twin bunk bed to sleep a total of eight happy teenagers.

Although you may not even want to leave this heavenly setting, the enjoyment of the beautiful beach, fishing or watching wildlife on the exquisite coastal dune lake, and taking a plunge in the private pool - there are other delightful diversions nearby. The historic village center of Grayton Beach and iconic Seaside are nearby, which have lots of restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, galleries, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, and loads of family fun.
