A Beachy Blast

Get ready to have a wonderful blast by the beach when you stay at this hospitable vacation home that was crafted to place you in lap of luxury with a distinct Floridian flair. A Beachy Blast features four spacious bedrooms with the ability to accommodate up to 14 happy beachgoers. This lovely family compound is just across the street from beautiful beach, has a large Game Room that includes foosball & shuffle board tables, a separate open living area, its own private pool and is located right on Scenic Gulf Drive in fashionable Frangista Beach. Here you may take a dip in your own sparkling pool and a minute later be luxuriating in the glowing gulf water, which is only a Frisbee's toss away! Frangista Beach also its own private oasis that features a gated community pool surrounded by a lushly landscaped courtyard patio with columned arbors and includes full restroom facilities.

A Beachy Blast is an inviting three story home that embraces you with charm as soon as you arrive with a white picket fence, a white arbor, tropical palm trees and covered columned balconies that span the width of the upper two stories. New comfortable contemporary furnishings are upscale and include all modern amenities like wall mounted TVs in almost every room.

The first floor has a nautically tiled game room with a foosball table and wall mounted TV for additional entertainment. A lovely Guest Bedroom on this level has a queen size bed with access to a full hall bathroom. Both rooms open onto the outdoors with a partially covered patio and an "L" shaped swimming pool that wraps around it. An outdoor kitchen and dining table allows you to enjoy favorite tropical drinks while dining poolside.

The second story includes the main living area with high ceilings, a wall of sunny windows and two sets of double glass doors that lead to the wraparound balcony overlooking the pool. A pastel blue sectional is couch flanked by white accent chairs faces an extra wide TV. A dining table seats eight while four more raised chairs are beside an ebony black bar facing the open kitchen. A Guest Bedroom on this level has a king size bed, private balcony and access to a full hall bathroom. A handsome open staircase leads upstairs to the Master Bedroom with a private balcony and luxury bath en suite. A colorful Quad Bunk Room on this level also has its own full bathroom.

This fantastic location on Scenic Gulf Drive is in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. It is halfway between the popular Pompano Joe's restaurant and The Whale's Tail, which are just a short stroll away right down the beach. Miramar Beach is home to world-class designer discount shopping at nationally famed Silver Sands. Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf are minutes away in Sandestin, which features fine restaurants, lively bars, a movie theater, free musical concerts, family amusements and seasonal festivals with fireworks.

First Floor: Game room, Laundry, Queen bedroom with full bath also accessible from hallway.

Second Floor: Kitchen, Living room, King bedroom with private balcony and full bath also accessible from hallway.

Third Floor: King Mater Suite with full attached bath and private balcony, Two Full Bunks with full attached bath and balcony access.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
