As you arrive at this delightful vacation home in Seagrove Beach, you are warmly embraced by the gracious columned veranda out front. Rocking chairs invite you to "sit a while" and overlook the lovely grounds while enjoying a glass of lemonade, a frozen margarita, or an icy cold daiquiri. The light blue exteriors trimmed in white have a captivating nautical look while the cottage styling displays an enchanting charm. 

All Laid Back is a two-story home with four bedrooms comfortably sleeps ten fortunate, happy beachgoers. It provides a special peaceful feeling with its golden Americana ambiance. Here you are only a short stroll away from an exotic coastal dune lake with a creek-like tributary that connects directly to the beautiful beach. These kind of precious lakes are fun to explore since they are found hardly anywhere else in the world. The magical mixture of salted fresh water features abundant wildlife and lots of fish. In addition, this home has its own covered lagoon shaped pool with an outdoor grill, dining area, flat screen TV, and space for backyard games.

You are unexpectedly wowed by the spacious interiors when you enter the house since it is accentuated by a dramatic cathedral ceiling that soars up to second story windows that brighten the entire living area. A couch and love seat are draped with a creamy white safari styled cloth accented by a nautical blue sofa facing a TV above a rustic hardwood credenza. Luxury vinyl plank flooring features a light whitewashed tone that provides a chic coastal casual look. Decorative arts throughout remind you that you are indeed on a beach vacation with framed sea life sculpture, vibrant oil paintings of marine life, and tropical accents. A half bath serves as a convenient powder room. A dining room that has a hardwood country table beneath a lantern styled chandelier with six hand-carved beach washed side chairs flanked by high backed straw woven chairs at each end. The open kitchen has an angled quartz-topped bar with seating to enjoy drinks or snacks, brushed stainless steel appliances, and dove gray beadboard custom cabinetry with a matching side by side refrigerator freezer. A Master Suite on the first floor includes a large king-sized bed with walk-in closet, a wall-mounted TV, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

An additional Master Suite and two Guest Bedrooms are upstairs connected by an open staircase landing that looks down on the living area.
