The Amalfi Coast is a favorite among our Ocean Reef Resorts guests since it lavishly encompasses eight lushly landscaped acres that include two expansive swimming pools, spacious sun decks lined with palm trees, lighted tennis courts and a natural lagoon adorned with a lovely fountain. A pedestrian bridge graciously crosses over the lagoon and leads to a convenient beach access. The grounds are lighted up at night which creates a romantic look. The beach access sits upon a tall sugary white dune with views of the sparkling emerald hued gulf waters. Amalfi Coast 407A has easterly views across this sensational scenery encompassing the clustered palms around the swimming pools, the lawn, lagoon, the pedestrian bridge, and the fountain. The glistening gulf sparkles toward the southern horizon.

This comfortable one bedroom vacation rental residence would make a perfect place to stay for a special romantic rendezvous, birthday or anniversary. However it could also be a wonderful spot to go for a family vacation since it has bunks tucked in off the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa in the main living area. This property is handsomely furnished with a rich leather couch and matching armchair that have simultaneous views of the gorgeous gulf in the distance as well as a flat screen TV. An intimate round glass topped table nearby has four wooden chairs available for the enjoyment of a savory seafood feast. The bright white open kitchen has a counter bar where favorite drinks and appetizers may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom has a full private bathroom en suite with a comfortable king size bed. A wide TV is there for nighttime viewing pleasure. Another full bathroom is off the main hallway which may be very convenient for those evenings when the two of you are both getting ready for a special dinner reservation out.

The Amalfi Coast's Scenic Gulf Drive location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants as well as friendly bars, grocery stores, wine shops and boutiques. There is an eighteen hole championship golf course at nearby Seascape. The largest discount designer outlet in the nation known as Silver Sands is also close by. Restaurants, specialty shops, art galleries, lively bars, seasonal festivities, free live musical performances as well as other delightful diversions are a short distance away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

This Condo only allows for 5 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
