Welcome to Amalfi Coast 427, a recently updated two bedroom vacation rental at an amazing tropical oasis that graces eight lushly landscaped acres along Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. This beach resort has a sensational shore front location overlooking the emerald green gulf. It is perched beside a dune that marks one of the highest elevations along the Emerald Coast. The beach access hosts dazzling panoramic views up and down the white sand beach. A pedestrian bridge crosses a lagoon adorned with a fountain and leads to the gulf. This lush oasis is festooned with clusters of towering palms with two large sparkling swimming pools in its center. Patios with tables and chairs for leisurely lounging surround the twin pools. There are grills available nearby so that you may enjoy having a poolside barbeque. One of the pools is heated seasonally so that you may take a swim if you are visiting during the cooler times of the year. The Amalfi Coast also has a Fitness Center and duo tennis courts which are available for night play. A championship golf course is right next door at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates.

Amalfi Coast 427 D is elegant, stylish and comfortably furnished. As soon as you walk into the open living area you will experience the pleasure of finding your perfect beach "home away from home." A plush couch and a comfortable armchair face glass doors that lead out to the balcony. This provides views of the sensational scenery with top floor southwesterly vistas across the lovely lagoon, the double pools and jewel toned glistening gulf. The balcony is accessible from both the main living area and Master Bedroom, so you will want to spend a lot of time here taking in the splendid scenery. Vibrant contemporarily styled artwork gives this place a wonderful tropical feel. A flat screen TV in the living area provides evening entertainment. The elegant dining table has four decorative wooden chairs with cushioned seats beneath a glowing sconce chandelier. Raised metal cushioned chairs face the open kitchen beside a creamy white bar where savory seafood appetizers may be easily served.

The regal Master Bedroom has a king size bed facing the handsome armoire that has a TV for viewing pleasure. However the sliding glass doors beside it may beckon you to enjoy the breezy balcony on a romantic evening. The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite. The spacious lovely Guest Suite also has access to a full bath, a sitting area and a comfortable king size bed. A bonus nook with a twin daybed is situated in the hallway next to a private laundry room with a white countertop bar and cabinetry.

This awesomely convenient Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, area grocery stores, and America's largest discount designer center. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops and family amusements are also close by at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
