This gracious three-bedroom 30A vacation home has a fantastic location in Dune Allen Beach, just a short stroll away from the sugary shoreline. It can sleep 12 fortunate guests with multiple beds. Besides luxuriating in the jewel-toned Gulf of Mexico, you are steps away from enjoying some refreshing fun in the private 12'x26' screened-in lagoon-style pool. You may view the sky and scenery on lounge chairs while enjoying your favorite drinks. A nearby grill invites you to host a fun family barbecue while your fellow vacationers relax under the outdoor covered patio with comfortable furnishings and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. A poolside den provides a convenient kitchenette for snacks and cold drinks. One of the guest quarters is also on this level with a queen-sized Murphy bed and walk-in shower.

Amor Fati has an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second level accessible from an exterior staircase. This spacious setting has a bright sunny look with a unique vaulted ceiling and multiple windows for natural light. A screened porch off the living room includes high-end woven outdoor furniture with a dining table and six chairs. A wonderful wraparound sun deck looks down upon the pool. Another exterior staircase leads up to an open rooftop deck with seating to enjoy the breezy views. Inside the living room, a cream-colored sleeper sofa, two regal blue armchairs, a glass-topped brass framed cocktail table, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV are provided for entertainment. The open dining area sits near the kitchen beside double glass doors for light. It has a round glass-topped table flanked by four white fashionable vintage-modern chairs for relaxed dining. The kitchen has white custom cabinetry, brushed stainless steel appliances, and an angled bar providing everything needed to create a fun family feast.

The master bedroom and two other guest quarters are also on this floor. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a beach-washed rail post headboard beneath an oil painting of a seascape. It faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV above a dresser for nighttime viewing pleasure. The private ensuite bath features a marble-tiled walk-in shower. One guest bedroom with a rustic beach-inspired look also has a king-sized bed beneath a seascape painting. It utilizes a full hall bath with a tub shower combination that is shared with a great colorful bunk room for kids with two white paneled full-sized beds.

This Dune Allen Beach vacation home is only minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly bars with live music, grocery stores, and shopping adventures. It is less than ten minutes to the east of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Here visitors may enjoy delightful amusements, dining, shopping, fun festivals, outdoor concerts, and seasonal firework celebrations at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. The Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is just to the west, only three minutes away. It includes restaurants with casual bars, a caterer, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, specialty stores, and galleries. A grassy palm-lined amphitheater hosts concerts, art shows, and fun festivals throughout the year.
