This richly furnished five-bedroom vacation home accommodates 12 privileged guests. It has three levels of beachfront balconies that face the emerald toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Most importantly, this beachfront duplex is well maintained and has fine furnishing from Lexington, West Elm, CB2, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Anthropologie. It is located at the highly sought after Destin community of Frangista Beach. This lovely residential neighborhood on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach includes a number of gracious homes, but the best of the best are located on a sugary dune above the shimmering shore.

Frangista Beach has an exclusively gated and lushly landscaped private oasis centered on a freshwater pool. It is adorned with palm trees, has an excellent patio for sunning and full bathroom facilities with showers. However, you don't even have to leave the 1st-floor balcony at Aqua to take a refreshing dip in the beachside Martini pool! Ample seating on this level allows you to enjoy stunning views of the jeweled Gulf while sipping on your favorite drink. Be sure to look for the dolphins cruising by on most mornings! The 1st of 5 Guest Bedrooms is on this level with a queen-sized bed, access to a full shared bathroom, and its' own special living area with a flat-screen TV and Xbox for entertainment. The 2nd guest bedroom on this level features two queen-sized beds (with Kingsdown mattresses), a 50" flat-screen TV, and an Arcade game table featuring 100's of classic games such as Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Frogger, and Centipede.

The main living, kitchen, and dining area is all on the second level. In addition, the 3rd guest bedroom with a king-sized bed is also on this level - and shares access to a full hall bathroom. The upscale furnishings in the main living area have a Floridian flair with vibrant palm-frond print on the Tommy Bahama sofa and a set of two swivel chairs from the same collection. A large TV provides viewing when not staring at the Gulf through the glass balcony doors that provide glittering shore views. Here there is access to the 2nd-floor balcony with a table and four chairs as well two Adirondack chairs. Nearby a dining table and six rattan chairs provide a place to create meal time memories or play a board game. A gleaming black granite bar top beside the dining area offers a great spot to lay out a seafood buffet. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and a sunny window over the sink.

The top floor includes the 4th guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The 5th bedroom, the Master Suite, features a handsome four-poster king-sized bed beside its own romantic balcony and a luxurious en suite bath.                                    

This Miramar Beach locale is an easy beach walk away from the popular Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, and the late-night haunt, the Beach Bar. Grocery stores, wine shops, and a giant discount designer center, (famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets), are also close by. Nearby Seascape offers our guests reduced rates for golf, tennis, and fun water recreation rentals. The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard and the Market Shops in Sandestin are also minutes away for drinks, dining, shopping, amusements for all ages and seasonal festivals.

First Floor: Queen Bedroom with Patio Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Arcade Table, Wet Bar.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed).

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
