Ariel Dunes I is one of two twin high-rise luxury towers that have a distinctively urbane and sophisticated look. However instead of being located in Miami, they are set in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. Ariel Dunes I faces a palm lined boulevard that serves as the entrance to the Seascape Resort and is about 200 yards away from the famous white sand beach. A pedestrian boardwalk extends 2,000 linear feet across the resort and overlooks the jeweled waters of the glistening gulf. Ariel Dunes has two pools that wrap around the base of the building creating a mirage of sorts since when you first see them the building appears to float magically above the water.
Ariel Dunes 1802 towers high above the sensational scenery with a falcon's eye view of the sparkling pool below and the gulf beyond. A large balcony with chairs and a table allow you to relish these views while snacking on tasty seafood appetizers and sipping on your favorite tropical drink. These views may also be seen from within since a set of glass doors provides views of this splendor and immediate access to the breezy balcony. This two bedroom vacation rental has a laid back beach feel with silk plants that create a subtle tropical motif. Oversized tile flooring flows throughout creating a spacious look. A love seat and a couch, that doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa if need be, face an wide TV as well as the glass doors that frame the outdoor scenery. A rectangular dining table with six wooden chairs provides plenty of room for meals. Nearby a granite bar colored in ebony with silver highlights gives the open kitchen a sleek aspect, while four bar stools are near to serve your favorite drinks and savory appetizers.
The Guest Bedroom at Ariel Dunes 1802 has a queen sized bed and is decorated in light blue and white nautical colors. It has access to a full hall bathroom that's shared with the hall. There's also a bunk bed tucked and this property can sleep a total of eight guests. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, a full bath en suite and sliding glass doors that lead out to the adjacent balcony. A colorful bedspread accents cream-colored furniture. There is also a Pack-N-Play (linens not included) and booster seat provided for the little ones.
Down below poolside drinks and dining are available at the Cabana Café which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For exercise, a recently remodeled Fitness Center is on site.
This wonderful Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive, shopping at Silver Sands as well as family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin. Championship golf and pro tennis courts are right next-door at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resort guests receive special rates.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
