Ariel Dunes I has a distinctively urbane look, regally crowned with triple roof top porticos that resemble classically columned Roman temples. These architectural crowns are majestically up lighted at night for dramatic effect which makes this tower look like a resort hotel you would expect to see in Las Vegas. However instead of being in sin city, it is located right in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach overlooking the dazzling jewel toned gulf. Ariel Dunes I is centered on a palm lined boulevard that serves as the entrance to this resort complex and is only about 200 yards away from the shimmering crystalline white sand beach. A palm lined pedestrian board walk parallels the sandy shoreline and extends 2,000 linear feet from one side to the other. This provides easy convenient access to the glowing emerald hued waters of the gulf. When you first see Ariel Dunes I it has a unique mirage appearance. Two wide sparkling swimming pools extend across its entire base which makes the building appear to float magically above the water that is reflected below.
Ariel Dunes I 301 is a three bedroom condominium that is able to take full advantage of this sensational scenery since its location has views of both swimming pools as well as the glorious gulf in the southern horizon. This unique location on the third floor also has the distinction of being an "end unit" which offers southerly as well as easterly views and an additional sense of privacy. The spacious open living area has a comfortable ensemble of furnishings that faces a flat screen TV and two sets of double floor to ceiling windows that look out upon the scenery outdoors. One of them has a triple set of windows with glass doors that lead out onto the over-sized breezy balcony. Here you will find a table and chairs so you may enjoy some savory seafood snacks or favorite drinks el fresco. Bright blue interiors are accented by a white dining table with a chocolate colored top and six chairs. A rich granite bar has four stools for additional diners facing an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are two tastefully decorated Master Suites, each of which has a king size bed, direct access to the wrap around balcony and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a cozy queen size bed with access to a full hall bathroom.
Poolside dining is available downstairs at "Cabana Cafe". For exercise, a recently remodeled Fitness Center is on site. This location is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, friendly bars, shopping at Silver Sands and family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in nearby Sandestin. Championship golf and pro tennis courts are right next door here on Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates.

*Three complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, pots, pans, a toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
