The beach-facing balcony frames the jewel-toned gulf waters down a palm-lined boulevard of the gated Seascape Resort. The open living area of Ariel Dunes I 506 has a spacious look with nine-foot-tall ceilings and sliding glass doors that lead out to the breezy beach balcony. The shimmering crystalline white shoreline spans 2,000 linear feet along the gorgeous gulf and is a short stroll away. A wide palm-studded promenade provides multiple beach access points. The living area includes a soft sand-colored couch beneath a black and white framed water photo. A brown accent chair completes the seating ensemble around a cabinet with a flatscreen TV. Four white fashionable vintage-modern stools saddle up to a sleek black granite-topped bar beside the open kitchen where fun culinary creations can be made.

The contemporarily furnished primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, sunny window view, and a flatscreen TV. It has direct access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination and a separate vanity area.

The luxurious tower of Ariel Dunes I  exudes the kind of urbane sophistication you would expect to see in Miami or Las Vegas. Besides luxuriating in the jewel-like gulf, two enormous swimming pools spread out around the tower’s base for a total of 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. The easy entry shallow end of one pool has a giant mushroom sculpture with water that delightfully cascades down upon children at play. The vibrant Cabana Cafe beside the pool serves cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, sandwiches, and tasty meals. Outdoor grills are provided to enjoy poolside cookouts and dining. A well-equipped fitness center on-site includes a steam room and sauna. **Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
