This two bedroom vacation rental residence located in Ariel Dunes I can accommodate up to six fortunate guests. This building is one of two luxury towers that have the kind of urbane, sophisticated style you would expect to see in Las Vegas or Miami, but here they are here overlooking the dazzling emerald toned gulf. Each is crowned with multiple porticoes resembling classic columned temples that are dramatically up lighted at night. Ariel Dunes I faces the gorgeous gulf down a palm-lined boulevard that is only about 200 yards from the 2,000 linear feet of the shimmering sugar white beach.

Ariel Dunes I 609's prominent position near the center of the tower gives you front row box seats of the sensational scenery from the balcony. Views extend as far as one can see into the sparkling southern horizon. This breezy balcony has access from both the living area and Master Bedroom. You will find yourself wanting to spend leisure time here enjoying the panoramic views and sipping a favorite tropical drink. Oversized white tile flooring flows throughout providing a bright, crisp look that accentuates a spacious look. Vibrant art includes chic abstract seascape prints for cheerful fun Floridian flair. The open living area has a comfortable seating ensemble around a colorful wool accent rug and consists of a scrolled plush couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat and matching armchair. A dining table near the open kitchen has seating for six with three straw topped bar seats beside a granite topped bar.

The beautifully appointed Master Bedroom done in creams, yellows, and orange sherbet tones includes a king sized bed, balcony gulf views as well as a luxury bath en-suite. The lovely Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

Two huge pools comprising 12,000 square feet of shimmering refreshment wrap around the base of Ariel Dunes I. A shallow "zero entry" at one end is perfect for kids since it also has a mushroom-shaped waterfall that splashes down for watery frolic. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the Cabana Cafe for cold drinks, savory seafood, pizzas, burgers or salads. This colorful restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A remodeled Fitness Center on-site features weights, aerobics, a steam room and sauna. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive reduced rates for golf, tennis and water recreation craft at Seascape on site.

This great location off Scenic Gulf Drive is in magnificent Miramar Beach near popular restaurants and friendly beach bars that dot the coast here beside the jeweled waters. It is also close to grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is which is one of the nation's largest discount designer centers. A wide variety of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free outdoor concerts and abundant amusements of all kinds are minutes away at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as upscale Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
