Two sets of sliding glass balcony doors showcase the gorgeous gulf in this spacious room from two seating areas. Raised dining tables on the balcony beckon you to experience the soaring 24th-floor bird’s eye view of the spectacular seascape while enjoying delicious drinks and savory snacks. **Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025. During this period, only two elevators will be operational, which may result in longer wait times.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
