This two bedroom vacation rental is at Ariel Dunes II, which is one of two sophisticated, urbane luxury towers located right off Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. This building has enormous swimming pools that span across an area at its base and encompass a total of 11,000 square feet. They overlook a lovely coastal dune lake and the Seascape Golf Course next door. The glowing, glittering waters of the jewel-toned gulf and 2,000 linear feet of the bright white beach is just a short stroll away. A recently remodeled Fitness Center on site has a wall of windows that overlook the pool area. It features state of the art exercise equipment, a steam room, sauna and spa. Casual poolside drinks and dining are available next door at the Cabana Cafe on the first floor of Ariel Dunes I for favorite drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers.

Ariel Dunes II 307 has a casual, comfortable upscale demeanor with sleeping accommodations for up to five guests. An open living area faces a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the beach view balcony. White tiled flooring accentuates spaciousness and provides a bright look. A cream-colored sectional wraps around a leather ottoman that converts into a twin-sized sleeper sofa. A large flatscreen TV sits on a wooden beach-washed credenza for the ultimate viewing pleasure. A round glass topped dining table with four charming, elegant oval backed chairs sits beneath a chic suspended shade chandelier. The ample open kitchen includes two raised plush chairs beside a granite-topped bar where additional meals, favorite drinks or appetizers may be served. You may also dine al fresco on the very spacious covered balcony that overlooks the pool since another table and chairs are located there.

This balcony spans all the way across that provides direct access to the Master Bedroom, which has a king-sized bed, cream-colored furnishings, sea sculpture based side lamps and a full en-suite bath. The lovely Guest Bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a tufted velvet headboard, pretty light chiffon colored walls and access to a full hall bath.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location is minutes away from favorite gulf front restaurants and friendly beach bars that parallel the coast here along Scenic Gulf Drive. You are also close to grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, which is one of the nation's largest destinations for discount designer stores. Abundant restaurants, lively bars, specialty stores, boutiques, seasonal festivals, special firework celebrations, family amusements and free concerts are also close by at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf along with upscale Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
