This gracious vacation home with six bedrooms has just received a major transformation. Barracuda has been newly remodeled with an upstairs addition to provide comfortable furnishings and up-to-date amenities to accommodate 16 guests. This home is in Crystal Beach, just a short stroll away from the sugary quartz crystalline shore that borders the green jewel toned waters of the gulf.

The floor plan has a split design with two full kitchens and a living room on each floor so separate families, friends or relatives sharing a vacation together may still have their own individual space. The main first floor level has an open Great Room that is bright with multiple windows. A door leads out to a covered veranda with lounge chairs and a gas grill that overlooks an intimate lagoon shaped plunge pool. A nautical light blue colored couch that doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa and matching love seat face a wall mounted TV for entertainment. A desk is available for those brining some work with them. Formal squared columns frame the other part of this large room that has a rectangular wooden table with eight chairs for dining. The newly remodeled open kitchen nearby has a granite topped island and gleaming stainless steel appliances. A Master Bedroom with a king size bed on this level has a full luxury bath en suite. A Kid's Bunk Room has two twin bunks and access to a full hall bath that serves as a powder room off the main living area downstairs.

Stairs lead to the upper guest quarters, which include another open full kitchen with a granite topped counter bar, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table with three seats. A plush tufted wraparound couch in the living area faces a wall mounted TV. Two additional Bedroom Suites are located upstairs and each one has its own private bath. One has a king size bed while the other has a lovely queen size bed. The two other Guest Bedrooms include a queen room and a 2 twin beds. They share a nice full Jack n Jill Bath with duel vanities on a richly mottled granite counter top.

This hospitable home is located just two blocks from the pristine white sand beach. Several popular gulf front restaurants are minutes away including 790 on the Gulf, which is within walking distance. The convenient location is also just a few blocks away from a Disney-like version of a shopping village known as Destin Commons. This complex is complete with interactive fountains, restaurants, upscale designer clothing shops, a giant Bass Pro Shop and a Belk's Department Store. Grocery stores, wine outlets, and top nationally known restaurants are also close by.
