This 30A beach vacation home includes three bedrooms with multiple beds and accommodations for eight happy gulf-going guests. The home is situated in the Gulfview Heights neighborhood, just a short stroll away from the sugary shoreline. This premier Santa Rosa Beach locale is nestled beside the glowing emerald-toned waters of the gulf and Draper Lake towards the east. Coastal dune lakes of this kind are rare precious natural treasures found hardly anywhere else in the world. Their magical mixture of artisan spring-fed and salted waters are created by creek-like estuaries that cross over the dunes to the gulf. Constant tidal action features a unique habitat for fresh and saltwater fish and abundant wildlife. It provides a wonderful home for waterfowl like Great Blue Herons, Snowy White Egrets, and Ospreys. Guests can enjoy fishing, paddle boarding, or kayak adventures on the lake. The narrow, shallow estuary which connects to the gulf is a short stroll down the sugary white beach and provides a fun place to start your exploration.

Besides the beautiful beach and exotic lake, Beach Buddy also features a private swimming pool, a spacious patio with chairs, and a table for poolside dining. The home is raised above-covered parking below and includes a wraparound balcony with a seating area that overlooks the private pool. The open living and dining area has a bright, spacious look with a vaulted ceiling and multiple windows for natural light. The living room includes two white love seats with safari-styled slipcovers and a matching armchair facing a flatscreen TV above a raised regal table. A round white marble-topped cocktail table, a richly woven brown armoire, and a cream-colored woven throw rug provide a warm, tropically inspired setting. An intimate round table for two sits beside a corner window. A charming cottage-style dining alcove on the other side of the room includes a table with six white spindle-backed colonial chairs. A glass door conveniently leads to the balcony with views overlooking the pool. The ample kitchen features a large gas range oven for fun culinary creations. 

The comfortably furnished Master Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed footed with a rustic trunk and an ensuite bath with a tub shower combination. One of the cottage-styled Guest Bedrooms also has a queen-sized bed beneath a wall with three handmade starfish and is footed with a straw woven trunk. The other comfortable Guest Bedroom has twin beds beneath delightful straw woven sea turtles on the wall. These guest quarters share a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

This fantastic Santa Rosa Beach location is only two minutes away from the coastal village center of Gulf Place. It includes restaurants, friendly bars, an ice cream parlor with a game arcade, a coffee shop, fashion boutiques, and galleries. A palm-lined outdoor amphitheater hosts concerts, colorful art shows, and fun festivals.
