Here you may have "beach dreams" and experience them first hand since this hospitable five bedroom vacation home is only an arrows' shot away from the shimmering sugary shore. Once you arrive on the shore, guests can enjoy two complimentary seasonal beach setups! However, you don't have to go that far to take a refreshing plunge as a private 17x11 pool is right out your back door. This spacious beach rental is tucked away in its own little world in an exclusive gated residential enclave in South Walton called Sunrise Beach.

Beach Dreams has a sunny, charming ambiance indoors and out. As soon as you see it, you are embraced by its warm appeal since a columned veranda spans across the front and wraps around the entire side adorned with a row of towering tropical palms.  A stately matching covered wrap around balcony has an open cathedral ceiling that soars all the way to the rooftop truss above the front door. The Great Room with tall ceilings incorporates the living and dining areas of this home and has walls of windows for a light airy look. Four sets of double glass doors provide ready access to the wraparound veranda so you may enjoy the gulf breeze and lovely views. Twin creamy white Adirondack chairs accent a charcoal colored couch and matching comfy armchair with patterned cushions for casual beach flair. They face a large TV on shelving in the cream-colored custom cabinetry. Honey-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout into the charming dining area with six ladder-backed white chairs next to the Gourmet Kitchen. It has plenty of white cabinetry that is richly accented by granite top counters of greys and creams. Three bar stools provide extra seats to hang out and enjoy favorite tropical drinks while a fun family feast is being created. An outdoor covered deck has a grill and picnic table available for dining al fresco. Stairs step right down to the pool patio where you may lounge in the sun.

The first floor includes one of the four Guest Bedrooms with twin beds and access to a full hall bath. Two more Guest Bedrooms with queen sized beds on the second floor share a full hall bath with double vanities. The spacious bright Master Bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bath is also located on the second floor. All three bedrooms have double glass doors that lead out to the wraparound balcony. The third floor has a loft Bunk Bedroom with a wet bar and an observation deck that provides gorgeous views of the glowing emerald toned gulf in the distance.

This excellent seemingly remote location next to the beautiful beach is actually right in the heart of South Walton's Scenic 30A. Gulf Place, which serves as a town center nearby features restaurants, bars, galleries, specialty boutiques, concerts and fun seasonal festivals. Other lovely coastal villages along 30A are just minutes away with their own delightful diversions.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Dining, Kitchen, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Laundry Room.

Second Floor: King Master Suite with Walk-In Shower and Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk, Wet Bar, and Balcony Access.

Beach service MUST be purchased if not provided complimentary in order to utilize the private beach. Tents and canopies are not allowed. Personal chairs are permitted with the purchase of an umbrella rental.
