Welcome to Beach Kisses! This newly owned and completely updated vacation home is only 50 yards from the shore. In fact, it's so close you can hear and see the waves as they "kiss" the white sand "beach". The emerald waters can be enjoyed from each level of this spacious upscale five-bedroom Destin vacation home. Comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests, family and friends may be easily housed within its 3,000 square feet of well-appointed living quarters. This remarkable property has recently updated furnishings and amenities, including flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

As you enjoy the short one-minute stroll back from the coast to the house, you will discover a covered 10'x16' private swimming pool on the columned first level - allowing for a refreshing dip and reprieve from the warm Florida sun. The adjacent palm-lined patio has Adirondack chairs, a table with benches, and an outdoor grill - where you may create your own "Surf n Turf" feast or whip up some burgers & hot dogs. There is also a wet bar poolside and a beverage refrigerator at ground level so that you may readily enjoy your favorite tropical drinks poolside. Here you also have covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer.

The second floor hosts a luxury primary bedroom with gulf views and a king bed. There is an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a garden tub, and a shower. Also on the second floor is a well-appointed queen bedroom with gulf views, a twin over full bunk room, and a full hall bathroom.

The third floor is the main living area and is ideal for entertaining all your guests with wide-open spaces and gorgeous gulf views. There is a large farm-style dining table, bar with stools, and lots of comfortable seating. Step out on the balcony to relax in the bar height Adirondacks and soak in the sounds and views of the sea. The gourmet kitchen has charcoal-colored granite countertops that richly highlight the custom cabinetry. Complimented by oversized light parchment-colored tile flooring, ten-foot ceilings and walls of sunny windows accentuate the spaciousness of this room.

The top floor hosts the remaining two rooms. A King primary bedroom with rich hardwood floors and panoramic gulf views will take your breath away. It has a full bath with double vanities, a garden tub, and a shower. An adjacent queen suite has its own full bath and gulf views. Both of these rooms share a walk-out porch where you can sit in bar-height Adirondack chairs and read or enjoy your morning coffee. A washer and dryer are also available on this level.

This wonderful Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular seafood restaurants and friendly beach bars on Scenic Gulf Drive. Take a ten-minute walk on the beach down to Surf Hut restaurant or enjoy a five-minute stroll to the Chick-fil-a or Starbucks! This location is so convenient - Baytowne Wharf, Grand Boulevard, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are all very close, along with options for golf and boating!
