Beach Manor 108 has a bright open living and dining area with a wall of sliding glass doors that frame a lush green lawn bordering the white dune-swept tropical seascape. Beach-washed hardwood tile flooring and marine life sculptures provide a warm, welcoming coastal setting. A comfortable white cloth slip-covered couch, a matching armchair with an ottoman, and two cream-cushioned hardwood framed accent chairs have open views. The cozy couch doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. This seating ensemble surrounds a rustic hardwood cocktail table accented by a brown and white diamond patterned coastal decorative rug. A long whitewashed antique credenza beneath a giant hand-carved fish sculpture has a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. The charming yet elegant country dining area is nearby. The guest bedroom with access to a full hall bath is a special kid’s bunk room featuring a full and twin-sized bed, in addition to a twin trundle bed underneath.

Amenities abound at Beach Manor on Tops'l Resort! Besides the beautiful beach, guests have access to a full fitness facility, a sauna, a beachfront lagoon-shaped pool, and a bubbling hot tub. The hot tub sits in a glass-topped sunroom where you can enjoy the outdoor views without getting chilly during cooler times of the year. Another nice feature of Beach Manor is that it borders the extensive Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. This vast expanse of ancient forest with three exotic coastal dune lakes extends down to Scenic 30A. You can experience remote romantic strolls down the sugary beach beside the towering sand dunes that border three miles along the beach. While enjoying your serene, secluded walk with loved ones, you may spot dolphins frolicking in the jewel-toned gulf, exotic birds, and other forms of wildlife.

*Beach Manor is a smoke free building. No smoking is allowed in any common areas of the building including individual unit balconies. A designated smoking area is at the east side of the building near the dog run.
