On the gulf side a sparkling pool overlooks the sugary dunes nestled next to a boardwalk that quickly leads you to the water. A giant unique green topped "gazebo" next-door houses The Beach House restaurant.

Beachside Towers II 4203 is one bedroom vacation rental on the first floor with an expansive covered walk-out patio that overlooks a lush green lawn that is landscaped with palm trees. The gulf glistens in the near distance with views. This makes the perfect spot to relax over favorite tropical drinks while refreshing your spirit in this part of paradise.

Inside, the open living area exudes charm with a laid-back ambiance enhanced by comfortable furnishings with views of the outdoor scenery as well as a flatscreen TV. A dove gray wraparound couch, that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, is flanked by a tastefully colored armchair with cheerful tropical patterns. A white round glass-topped dining table nearby has four chairs with cushioned seating. The adjacent wall has two whimsical prints of great blue herons. The open kitchen has three bar stools that face a pass thru.

The Master Bedroom has a regal look with a large king sized bed, a flat screen TV and double walls of floor to ceiling mirrors which accentuates the spaciousness. This room has direct access to a full bath that also doubles as a convenient powder room off the hallway.

Besides the beautiful beach, Sandestin Resort offers a special world for its guests. The 2,400 acres of this sensational resort extends from the gulf to all the way to the bay. There are four championship golf courses, tennis courts and delightful diversions in abundance. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin's official Town Center at Grand Boulevard nearby have specialty boutiques, restaurants, lively bars, firework extravaganzas, seasonal festivals, free musical concerts and a new state of the art movie theater.

The community pool is seasonally heated based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion.

Rates reflect a discount for a building restoration project in effect from August 2022 to June 2023. During this time, the community pool will be closed and balcony access may be off-limits.
