Beachside Towers II is an architectural gem with step like levels that soar up to 20 stories tall. The sparkling pool, which is seasonally heated, and a bubbling hot tub overlook the pristine dunes nestled beside the beach. A raised boardwalk leads to a bright white beach, and the luminescent Gulf. A giant green-topped "gazebo" next door houses a popular restaurant called The Beach House for Gulfside drinks and dining. Beachside Towers II 4210 is a one-bedroom beachfront vacation rental that has just been remodeled and comfortably furnished. This place is ideal as a romantic getaway place for two, but the open living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa so that you can bring the kids too.  It sits up front and center with views out on the lushly landscaped pool patio with the Gulf as a glorious backdrop. The living area has a sophisticated chic urbane style with a creamy white couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa and matching love that shares these views. Blonde hardwood tile flooring and a mirror wall accentuate spaciousness. Abstract artwork resembles shells and seagrass. Sliding glass doors to your own open poolside patio to enjoy the views over favorite drinks and listening to the roaring surf when the waves are high. The contemporary kitchen includes brushed stainless steel appliances and cream-colored custom cabinetry, richly accented by the sleek black granite countertops. There is also a pass-thru bar with seating for drinks with appetizers. A chocolate brown oval hardwood table nearby includes four ladder backed chairs for dining. The Master Suite has white cottage styled furnishings with a king-sized bed beside a wall of windows providing vivid views of both the pool and glistening Gulf. It's the first thing you see when you awaken and draw the drapes open. The Master Bedroom has easy access to a side hall bathroom with a tub shower combination and a black granite-topped vanity.

The 2,400 acres of the Sandestin Resort is gorgeous with forested lagoon dotted grounds that extend across from the gleaming Gulf over to the vast expanse of Choctawhatchee Bay. It hosts four championship golf courses and professional tennis courts. The enchanting New Orleans French Quarter styled Village of Baytowne Wharf and Sandestin's official Town Center at Grand Boulevard are on the resort grounds. They each have specialty boutiques, restaurants, lively bars, free concerts, seasonal firework celebrations, fanciful festivals and a wide assortment of fun family amusements. A complimentary tram can take you there in minutes. Grocery stores, wine outlets and beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive are also close by.
