The vast open living area features an expansive wall of windows and two additional walls of sliding glass doors that access a wraparound beachfront balcony. Here, guests may enjoy 180-degree views of the dazzling Gulf. The primary and one guest bedroom also have sliding glass balcony doors offering even more sensational seascape views!

The living room features two seating areas, each with easy access to sliding glass doors leading to the wraparound beachfront balcony. The second living quarters offer another dove gray leather couch that converts into a queen sleeper sofa, along with two blue patterned accent chairs. Both living spaces provide stunning Gulf views and easy balcony access. The wraparound balcony is furnished with multiple chairs and a dining set, perfect for enjoying the views, your favorite drinks, and tasty treats. The indoor dining area, set beside a wide window for sunset gulf views, features a rectangular white-washed cottage-style table and eight chairs. The state-of-the-art Gulf view kitchen, with its white custom cabinetry, gray and white granite countertops, and brushed stainless steel appliances, is a chef's dream.

The primary bedroom includes a distinctive marine life patterned decorative rug and a king-sized bed. It is flanked by chic green vase-based lamps on bedside tables and sits beside a wide wall of sliding glass balcony doors. A lovely accent armchair sits near a white dresser with a flatscreen TV. The luxurious ensuite primary bath features a lovely vanity and a glass-walled walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a regal cottage-styled king-sized bed sits beside a Gulf-view window facing sliding glass balcony doors. A white cabinet with a large flatscreen TV is provided for evening entertainment. The other guest quarters includes two sets of twin bunks. This room has direct access to a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

It includes a patio for sunning, tables with chairs for poolside entertainment, and a boardwalk that leads down to the sandy white beach.
