Finished in cream, Mediterranean stucco with red-tiled roofs, these Beachwalk properties are a cut above the rest; they define the term: bungalow-styled townhomes. Once inside Beachwalk Villas 5201, you are met with the kitchen and stairway up to the loft. You will love the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan. The kitchen has a water view above the two-seat bar and six-top dining room table. The living room is full of playfully striped seats and a deep comfy couch in front of a 75-inch TV. From here step out onto the patio that overlooks the water; with a brand new grill and eight-top teak patio table, with comfortable wicker chairs and bench seating for flexible seating.

All three bedrooms have a King-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and patio access. On the main level, the bathroom for the lakeside bedroom has a walk-in shower, and the bathroom for the front bedroom has a nice-sized tub/shower combination. The front bedroom opens up to the front patio with a six-top table and chairs, and string lights to set the mood for evening social gatherings. Moving on to the upper level, the stairway opens to a flexible-use loft area with queen-sized sleeper sofa and desk for remote work. Staying on the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is a delight; this massive 2,400-acre private community extends from the gulf to the bay. Once here, you can park your car for your whole trip! The Sandestin Town Center of Grand Boulevard is on the grounds with a Publix grocery store, a wine outlet, boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, a state-of-the-art movie theater, and many excellent restaurants for fine dining. Forested grounds feature lagoons and include four championship golf courses throughout. The French Quarter-styled Village of Baytowne Wharf on the waterfront is filled with loads of restaurants, lively bars, family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations.
