Beachwood Villa 7E has been recently refurbished with new furnishings, granite countertops, and new kitchen appliances. The open living area has a comfortable casual upscale look with a plush tanned couch that faces a matching love seat and a little cocktail table in between on a colorful rug with an abstract design. A TV nearby sits on a handsome cabinet for entertainment. A simple rustic dining table has four spindle-backed chairs for meals if you do decide to dine in. Two leather topped bar stools saddle up to the kitchen with a spacious granite topped counter where drinks and appetizers may be served.

Sliding glass doors lead out from the living area to a covered patio area with a table for two that overlooks the beautiful grounds. It is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage and studded with towering palm trees. You may want to relax to sit here sipping your favorite drinks and enjoying savory snacks while planning a fun adventure or evening excursion.

The charming Master Bedroom Suite has a comfortable queen sized bed with a decorative metal headboard, serene light blue bed stands, and a lovely matching dresser. Subtle decorative art reminds you that you are away enjoying yourselves in the tropics. The full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room has a tub with a shower.

This excellent South Walton location is a very short distance away from favorite restaurants and friendly bars throughout Seagrove Beach. They include the award-winning Café 30A and Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta. Café 30A attracts celebrities from time to time with great gourmet food, an acclaimed $5 Martini night Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with an atmosphere that exudes casual elegance. Angelina's is a laid-back pizzeria with outstanding home cooked pasta dishes, appetizers and wine served in a romantic, intimate atmosphere. It is also conveniently centered just minutes away from other picture perfect towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Rosemary Beach. These delightful coastal 30A villages are a lot of fun to explore since they have restaurants, bars, art galleries, specialty boutiques and some have delightful seasonal festivals that provide free musical concerts.
