The open grassy courtyard grounds are lovely, filled with palm trees, tropical plants, garden arbors with seating, and meandering pathways. The nearest public beach access is just a short stroll away, and you have the added option of taking a freshwater dip in one of the lovely lagoon-shaped swimming community pools. These pools are traditionally heated during the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend and again from March thru mid-April for Spring Break usage. They come with umbrella tables as well as lounge chairs and overlook a tropical setting dotted with soaring palm trees. Other great amenities include a double set of tennis courts, shuffleboard, a kid's playground, outdoor grills, and some picnic areas provided for fun family cookouts.

The living area also features these treetop views through a triple panel set of sliding glass doors. This room is light and bright with a comfortable seating ensemble that includes a cream-colored couch that can double as the queen-sized sleeper sofa as well as an attractive pastel patterned armchair. They face the views, and a flatscreen TV mounted above a splendid light blue cabinet with a decorative front. The Bedroom has a posh look with a regally attired king-sized bed that faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for night time viewing pleasure. The white furnishings and light blue walls provide a serene setting. A full bath nearby off the hallway includes a tub shower combination.   

This great Seagrove Beach location off Scenic 30A is very close to a wide array of restaurants.
