The first floor at Black Jack Bungalow includes a bunk room with two twin beds and a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination that also serves as a convenient powder room for pool-goers. The open living, kitchen, and dining room upstairs adjoins a bonus sun room beside a large sun deck. The living room features a vaulted ceiling, light parchment-colored flooring, and multiple windows that showcase a bright, spacious setting. Seascape prints, marine life, and whimsical beach art provide a comfortable coastal ambiance. A latte-toned wraparound couch faces a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace (inoperable) and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV above a plank wood mantle for entertainment. A hardwood butcher block table includes four country white cottage chairs and a bench for charmed dining. The kitchen includes creamy cabinetry accented by mottled brown granite countertops and brushed stainless steel appliances. The bright adjoining sun room with three walls of windows includes a beige couch, which doubles as a queen sleeper sofa, and a tropically patterned armchair for relaxation. It sits beside a sundeck with a table for outdoor drinks and dining.

The primary bedroom has rustic hardwood furnishings, including a king bed with a country-style headboard and sliding glass doors leading out to the sundeck. An ensuite bath includes an individual vanity sink and a tiled walk-in shower. The sunny guest bedroom has an inviting tropical look with a richly woven wicker cabinet, marine life prints, and a queen size bed lavished with a tall natural hardwood headboard with regal pillar posts. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination that also serves as a powder room off the living area.

Besides the beautiful beach, this wonderful Seacrest Beach location is minutes away from two coastal dune lakes off Scenic 30A, which are precious natural treasures. Such exotic lakes are only found in Australia, New Zealand, Madagascar, Oregon, and of course here in Santa Rosa Beach. Artisan spring-fed lake water connects across dunes to the salted gulf through creek-like tributaries, which creates a magical mixture that supports abundant wildlife. One, known as Camp Creek Lake, was named for the Native Creek Indians who originally camped here. The other is called Deer Lake for its frequent visitors! This outstanding locale is also near the enchanting Village of Rosemary Beach, which features a Dutch West Indies colonial-inspired setting. This captivating village includes fine restaurants, trendy bistros, galleries, specialty shops, and boutiques.
