This lovely three-story contemporary Old Florida-styled home with six bedrooms can sleep a dozen lucky guests, all in beds or bunks. It has an outstanding location just a short stroll from the Spooky Lane neighborhood beach, south of Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. This also places you within walking distance of the acclaimed village center of Gulf Place, and you may also bike there since this home includes complimentary bicycles. This village center features lushly landscaped grounds centered on an outdoor amphitheater bordered by Royal Palm trees, which hosts concerts, seasonal festivals, and art shows. It also has restaurants with friendly bars, specialty shops, galleries, fashion boutiques, a salon, and a coffee café.

The Blessed House sits back from Beachwalk Lane behind a Live Oak tree with a hammock swing and a wide paver stone drive that has plenty of room for parking. The back of the house has three levels of white-columned verandas looking out upon an exquisite lagoon-shaped swimming pool. The lower level veranda has a table with seating, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill for poolside dining. A bonus primary suite and three guest quarters are on this poolside level. The bonus primary bedroom has a handsome black ebony decorative metal framed king-size bed, a convenient kitchenette, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom features a charming cottage-style queen-size bed and its own private bath with a tub-shower combination. The second guest bedroom, decorated with coastal-style furnishings, includes a queen-size bed flanked by side tables and glass bottle base lamps. A cozy bunk room with twin beds completes this floor. The second guest bedroom and the bunk room share a hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

The gracious, spacious, open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor has double glass doors leading out to a furnished veranda that looks down on the pool. A creamy white tropical slip-covered couch and love seat along with an accent chair ensemble around a straw woven rug centered on a round bamboo framed cocktail table. They face a flatscreen TV mounted above a white marble-topped cabinet for entertainment. Nearby, a rectangular hardwood plank top table has bench seating on one side and five unique bamboo framed chairs with white yarn woven seating on the other sides. The open state-of-the-art kitchen has a crisp nautical color with a gleaming navy blue brick backsplash accented by cream-colored custom cabinetry. A white-topped navy blue entertainment island has three raised bamboo chairs with yarn-woven seating for fun wining and dining. A bunk room on this floor has twin beds and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower that also serves as a convenient powder room.

The sunny, comfortably furnished primary bedroom with a king-size bed has many windows and a double glass door leading to a furnished veranda overlooking the pool. It also adjoins a Wet Bar with a Wine Cooler. Stairs lead up from the veranda to a romantic rooftop sundeck with table seating for two, providing vista views of the gorgeous Gulf. The bright, luxurious primary bath features two vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a glass-walled walk-in shower.
