Blue Mountain Villas is a contemporarily styled beachfront enclave located in the unique laid back community of Blue Mountain Beach in South Walton. It is situated in the heart of the idyllic privileged world of Scenic 30A. Blue Mountain Beach has the distinction of having the highest elevation on the entire Gulf of Mexico and is known for its highly-acclaimed beaches.

Blue Mountain Villas 34 is a two-bedroom vacation rental residence boasting glorious Gulf views. It accommodates up to eight beachgoers since, in addition to the two king-sized beds, there are two queen-sized sleeper sofas. The open living area has two sets of double sliding glass doors and wide atrium windows above them that go from floor to ceiling. A cathedral ceiling soars above with an open staircase that leads to a lovely sleeping loft that looks down upon the living area and has Gulf views. It is comfortably furnished with a light blue couch and matching love seat that faces a flatscreen TV for entertainment.

The living area has a plush couch beneath a big oil painting of the surf and is flanked by a love seat that shares views of the glittering gulf as well as a flatscreen TV.  Decorative art throughout depict seascapes and beach scenes for coastal nuance. Tropically inspired bamboo shelving cases include other charming beach-inspired accouterments. A glass-topped dining table includes four decorative metal café styled chairs with salmon-colored cushioned seats with abstract patterns. The white open kitchen counter bar includes four raised chairs that match. Honey toned cabinetry and black ebony appliances give you everything you need to create a fun family feast.

The Master Bedroom has a full en suite bath while the Guest Bedroom has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room. The Master Suite has a king-sized bed, a sunny window, and a flatscreen TV on a dresser for viewing pleasure. The cottage styled Guest Bedroom also has a sunny window, a king-sized bed adorned in nautical colors of blue with white and its own flatscreen TV.

There are three restaurants with bars in Blue Mountain Beach, all within walking distance of this Gulf front residence. And they all have 4.5 Star Ratings!  Blue Mable Smokehouse & Provisions features a wide assortment of Southern Comfort Food and has a popular Happy Hour that goes from 3 pm till 6 pm. The Red Fish Taco offers authentic crispy or soft tacos of all kinds, Margaritas, specialty drinks, and ice-cold beers. They also feature live musical entertainment is during the season, usually from 6 pm till 9 pm. Redd's Fueling Station is a colorful, unique watering hole that serves fantastic eats and is known for its singing bartender named Redd. She is full of life and inspires everyone to have a fun time. Delicious food of all kinds with whimsical names are served up with wine, beer, sangria, and some specialty drinks.

The Blue Mountain Beach locale is minutes away from Iconic Seaside towards the east and the Santa Rosa Beach town center of Gulf Place to the west. Each offers restaurants, beach bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, free open amphitheater concerts, and fireworks on special holidays.
