For breezy views, Breeze Easy has an open covered veranda that spans across the front of the house with four Adirondack chairs individually colored in fun vibrant Floridian tones of sky blue, lemon yellow, lime green and peachy pink. The open living area indoors has upscale furnishings and is decorated to have a decidedly beach chic feel. A plush latte toned wrap around contemporarily styled couch with a dove gray accent chair provides a comfortable seating ensemble beside windows that look out upon the veranda. A thick rug with a wood design acts as a unique subtle accent upon the light hardwood tiled flooring that flows throughout. Four dark ebony stools nearby are saddled up to a sleek gleaming black granite-topped bar misted with white cloud-like patterns. This faces the open kitchen encouraging you to have a "Bon Appétit" with professional grade appliances that include a large glass topped oven range and a French cabinet styled refrigerator. This is a spacious "eat-in" kitchen has a charming octagonal glass topped table and four creamy white decorative country chairs with colorful striped cushioned seats.  Two double glass doors lead directly out from the kitchen area onto a screened porch that has comfortable richly woven wicker framed chairs with cushioned seats that face a coastal forest.

Two lovely Guest Bedrooms are on this main level with queen sized beds and full en-suite baths, one of which also opens to the hallway as a convenient powder room. One of these guest suites is done in a nautical style with patriotic colors and has direct access to the front veranda. The other has a warm sunny beach look with sea sculptures and access to the back porch. The spacious casually comfortable colorful Master Bedroom Suite encompasses the entire top floor with a vaulted ceiling, a king-sized bed, a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and a wall mounted TV for viewing pleasure. The luxurious cottage styled bath has a creamy white cabinet with double vanities and a walk-in shower tiled with beige marble accented with river rock flooring as well as a decorative border. This Master Suite has its own rooftop observation balcony where you may enjoy vivid views of the sugar white dunes and gulf in the near distance or watch a spectacular sunset over the treetops.

This lovely laid-back Grayton Beach locale is close to popular restaurants including the famous Red Bar that features great food, cold drinks and live bands on a regular basis. Other restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, musical concerts and fun seasonal festivals are also minutes away along Scenic 30A in charming coastal villages like Seaside and Seagrove Beach.
