This handsome beach retreat is located in the quiet enclave of Gulf Trace in South Walton and borders the bright white beautiful shore and glowing emerald green waters of the gorgeous gulf. It can sleep up to ten guests, making it the perfect place for families or groups of friends. Creature comforts with modern amenities can make this spot your "beach" home away from home and become one of your favorite places to reside while on vacation. This home offers the best of both worlds, it's just a short stroll down the street to the neighborhood beach, and it also features its own private pool. A screened porch has a table to enjoy drinks or dine al fresco while a wrap around balcony with 2,200 square feet of composite decking leads down to the pool below.

Inside Broad Reach, blonde hardwood flooring adorned with oriental rugs and high vaulted ceilings accentuate the spaciousness of this hospitable home. The open design plan is ideal for entertaining and encompasses the living, dining and kitchen areas. Two richly woven wicker chairs accent a stone gray leather couch and love seat. The living area also opens directly out onto the breezy screened-in porch. A granite-topped bar nearby has four wooden stools where favorite drinks and savory snacks may easily be served. This faces the well appointed kitchen with plenty of cream colored custom cabinetry for all your tasty treats. The dining area has six beautifully carved decorative chairs and a hardwood table that sits beneath a white sconce chandelier for a festive family feast.

The regal spacious Master Bedroom includes a king sized bed, a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, lots of sunny windows and sliding glass doors that lead directly out to the screened porch. One of the Guest Bedrooms is a bunk room with four beds - perfect for kids. It shares a full hall bath with another Guest Bedroom that has charming white wicker framed twin beds decorated in serene pastel nautical colors of blues and whites. There is also another Guest Bedroom at the end of the hallway with creamy white furnishings including a comfortable queen sized bed with its own full private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

This fantastic South Walton location is very close to the old village of Grayton Beach, which features restaurants, bars, and a unique specialty art gallery. The famous Red Bar where celebrities are often spotted is located there and glows with crimson lighting, has great food, a lively beach bar, and musical entertainment almost every night. A wide array of restaurants are just minutes away in Seaside, which has its own friendly bars, lots of boutiques, outdoor musical concerts and fun festivals year round. Many other picture perfect coastal villages are also fairly close by all along Scenic 30A which offer an abundance of delights.
