Castle of Dreams

This captivating South Walton cottage on the western side of Grayton Beach has the ability to sleep eight guests and a couple of furry family members since it's also Pet Friendly! This vacation home is just south of Scenic 30A, a short distance from the shore, and near the original village center of Grayton.

Castle of Dreams is nestled among clusters of palmetto palms, towering loblolly pines and a native magnolia tree on a white sandy lot and features a lovely Old Florida design that includes a tin roof and a screened porch. Adirondack chairs along with a table and additional chairs on the breezy porch invite you to enjoy your favorite refreshing drinks while munching on savory snacks before or after some beach time. Once inside you are immediately embraced by the striking interior, which is decorated in an upscale beach-chic fashion. Latte toned tile flooring and lots of windows give this space a bright look. A chocolate colored couch, a light cloth love seat and two richly woven wicker chairs with powder white cushions provide a lovely seating ensemble by the mantle. The walls are decorated with a delightful mix of art that includes tropical prints, photos of the local beach, antique baskets, a glowing stained glass piece hanging in front of a window and a giant whimsical painting of a fish. The dining area features a dark ebony toned dining table next to a bay window and is accented by six white wicker chairs. A unique chandelier with three glass domed lights is suspended above the table for a delightful nautical expression. The open kitchen nearby has a crisp clean look with a sunny window over the sink, cream-colored custom cabinetry, granite countertops mottled in light grays with white, a glass topped range and a colorfully decorated refrigerator.
 
The Master Bedroom in Castle of Dreams includes an en-suite bath and a bay window providing light. This room has a queen sized bed facing a white cabinet with a TV and is quite lovely, finished with beautiful upscale décor. Here a large carved headboard is richly accented by an exquisite antique bench that sits beside the bay window. The two Guest Bedrooms share a full hall bath. One of them with a full bed is done in light dove grays and creams fashioned to create a contemporary comfortable cottage look with beach inspired flourishes. The other Guest Bedroom is perfect for kids since and has two twin bunks that accommodate up to four.

This great location is close to restaurants, friendly beach bars, boutiques, galleries and specialty stores in Grayton Beach and is minutes away from other picturesque coastal villages of Scenic 30A. Places like nearby Seaside have shopping, dining and drinking establishments as well as outdoor musical concerts and seasonal festivals. Many more restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops and delightful diversions may be found at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard, which is only about twenty minutes away.
