The lyrics from the iconic Jimmy Buffet song certainly apply to this aptly named beach reunion headquarters. "Visions of good times that brought so much pleasure, makes me want to go back again… It's these changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes, nothing remains quite the same."

Changes in Latitudes is a big nine-bedroom vacation home located in the heart of Crystal Beach in Destin. You and your guests will all be comfortable here as eight of the nine bedrooms come with king size beds. A pair of twin bunks in the ninth Guest Bedroom, and two queen size sleeper sofas are perfect for kids. Each room is individually decorated with its own unique style, and either includes a full private bath en suite or has easy access to a shared full hall bath. Balconies span the two upper levels off some of the bedrooms and look down upon the pool below. All of the Guest Suites come with large wall mounted TVs. A bonus den adjoins the bedrooms on one level. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite is particularly opulent with a gorgeous luxury bath that includes double vanity sinks encased in dark ebony-like granite, a deep soaking tub and a separate marble tiled walk-in shower.

This hospitable home is just a short stroll away from the beautiful white sand beach but also comes with a 14x7 private pool out back where you may take a refreshing dip to cool off. This property was designed for entertaining large groups with a Great Room on the first floor that overlooks the pool. Decorative art hangs from the walls with whimsical depictions of Pink Flamingos and a Giant Seahorse for fun Floridian flair. Light parchment toned Travertine Marble flooring flows throughout providing a luxurious accent. A couch, love seat and two armchairs make a comfortable seating ensemble centered upon a wall mounted TV for entertainment. There are three places to dine including a rustic table for eight, a breakfast nook for six and six more saddled up to the open kitchen granite-topped bar on handsome raised leather chairs. The large kitchen has everything you need to create a fun family feast.

Crystal Beach acts as a perfect location, just blocks away from the sprawling shopping village of Destin Commons. This pedestrian-friendly palm lined retail complex has been voted as Destin's favorite place to shop with a myriad of designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants, bars and a state of the art Multiplex Theater. It is anchored by a giant Bass Pro Shop, a Belk's Department Store and Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill. A Publix Grocery Store, a Fresh Market, a World of Beer, many other retail stores, and many nationally known restaurants are also close by. This point off the Emerald Coast Parkway is equidistant to Destin and Miramar Beach. This places you a short distance away from all the action at Harborwalk Village on the bustling Destin Marina, family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin and bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Miramar Beach.
