Just spruced up, Coast Awhile is a lovely comfortable four bedroom vacation home that can accommodate up to 11 lucky beach going guests. It is located in the exclusively gated residential resort community known as Carillon Beach, positioned at the far western end of Panama City Beach. Carillon Beach is nestled in between a 13 acre heart shaped lagoon lake and the shimmering sugar white shores of its own private beach overlooking the glistening gulf and spanning across 3,900 linear feet. You may have seen this enchanting precious piece of paradise as you passed over the bridge into Bay County across Lake Powell, which happens to be one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world. The sensational setting adjoins preserved natural forests, wetlands and dune systems that support abundant wildlife. This 107 acre community was meticulously planned by famed New Orleans architect Lloyd Vogt who used the New Urban Architectural Design that creates a charming gracious, golden Americana styled pedestrian community. This wonderful world includes: A Village Marketplace centered on a Fountain Courtyard with specialty shops and restaurants; A Village Green for outdoor concerts and festivals; Three swimming pools; Tennis Courts; A Basketball Court; A Kid's Playground; A Lake Park; A Bell Tower; Sculpture Pavilions and Multiple Columned Arbor Walkovers providing gracious access to the beautiful beach.

This hospitable home embraces that wonderful nostalgic style with a columned front porch and a matching breezy balcony above that faces one of the landscaped court streets. The first floor has a living area with comfortable furnishings facing a flat screen TV for entertainment and an open state of the arts kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two granite topped bars with seating for favorite drinks or appetizers. The décor throughout this home is completed in serene pleasing pastel colors featuring seascapes as well as tropical flourishes. On the other side of the open kitchen is a separate dining area with seating for six as well as three more woven straw capped stools at one of the granite topped bars for convivial fun family feasts. A half bath serves as a convenient powder room on this level. Upstairs on the second floor is the Master Bedroom with a king sized bed, a private bath en suite and access to the romantic upstairs porch. A Guest Bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed and also has access to a full bath en suite. The third floor includes a nice bonus living area with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a comfortable accent chair, an intimate dining table and a full bath. This adjoins another Guest Bedroom with a queen sized bed and a colorful bunk room with three separate twin beds.

This friendly laid back beach haven offers an abundance of amusements for leisure including fishing on the long lake pier, kayaking or paddle boarding, playing tennis, basketball, kid's games, swimming in your choice of pools, watching a sunset over the gulf, dining or sipping a drink by the fountain, shopping and luxuriating in the glowing green waters of the gulf. If you ever decide to leave this privileged place, the awesome location is also close to the popular Pier Park and picturesque points along South Walton's Scenic 30A for other delightful diversions.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Third Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bedroom with Three Twin Beds.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Bellview and Lakefront community pools are typically heated November through April.

The Carillon Beach community requires guests to pay a $35 registration fee per vehicle.
