This beautiful beachfront vacation rental can sleep up to 12 guests since it has two bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room with a pair of full/twin bunks, a king loft, and a queen size sleeper sofa. This property has a prominent perch upon a sugary white dune on the top floor of Crystal Sands. Panoramic views extend across the jewel tones waters of the glistening gulf. Modern renovations have been extensive in order to provide fortunate guests with all the comforts of home. These upscale top to bottom improvements in Crystal Sands 305B include a gourmet kitchen, gleaming stainless steel appliances, richly tiled bathrooms and fashionable furnishings.

Comfortable king size mattresses have been placed on the beds in the Master Bedroom and Guest Room, in addition to a special memory foam mattress for the queen size sleeper sofa. Wall mounted hair dryers have been conveniently placed in each bathroom, which also includes richly mottled granite countertops. Wall mounted TVs with cable are placed in all the rooms, including the bunk room.

The floors in the main living area is completed in light beachwashed vinyl plank flooring that is accented by an over sized couch, love seat, and comfortable armchair. They face the balcony with quadruple glass panes offering full gulf views as well as the flat screen TV beside them. The dining area is open to the kitchen with a wall of maple custom cabinetry. They frame the new stainless steel appliances which features a side by side refrigerator with plenty of room for tasty treats. The center of this "Eat In" Kitchen has a gorgeous thick granite topped dining table that seats six. The Master and loft have king size beds, one done in light coastal colors and the other completed in a white wicker. The king loft has a full shared bath along with the adjacent Bunk Room with a pair of full/twin bunks. All of the furnishings are upscale and each room is richly accented in its decor.

This remarkable Crystal Beach location is on Scenic Gulf Drive places you near popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars. Championship golf and professional tennis is minutes away at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts receive special rates. Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer discount outlet mall, is just minutes away as are area grocery stores. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at nearby Sandestin offer a number of great restaurants, specialty boutiques, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free musical entertainment and family amusements. However you may have a hard time leaving the beautiful beach at this perfect place.

Third Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: King Loft Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Full/Twin Bunks.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

Note: Through March, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
