Crystal Sands sits beachfront in Destin, facing a white ribbon of shimmering shore and the dazzling emerald toned waters of the gulf. The atmosphere here in this intimate condominium beach resort is decidedly laid back, which can be somewhat surprising since the physical location is near the heart of everything the Emerald Coast has to offer. A nice pool has plenty of space for leisurely lounging and a beachside deck has grills for the creation of a Surf n Turf meal.

Crystal Sands 306B is a comfortable contemporarily styled vacation rental that takes full advantage of this sensational setting with a wall of sliding glass doors in the open living area that frames the beachfront scenery beyond. The doors lead out to a breezy balcony where you may relish in the vistas and listen to the soothing sounds of the surf. A cozy sleeper sofa and loveseat have simultaneous views of the glistening gulf as well as a flat screen TV. Colorful prints adorn the walls throughout, creating a distinct Floridian flair. A soaring cathedral ceiling accentuates the spaciousness of this room with an open staircase that leads to a loft with a queen size bed, an adjoining private bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin bunk beds. Back downstairs; the dining area has six chairs beside a glass-topped table where you may enjoy a family feast. The white bright kitchen has additional raised seating along a counter bar where savory seafood snacks may be served. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with direct access to the bathroom.

This tremendously convenient location is close grocery stores, wine bistros, and the Disneyesque specialty retail village of Destin Commons. Family amusements are also nearby at Big Kahuna's giant water park. Destin's marina and Harborwalk Village are only about twenty-five minutes away towards the west, offering delightful waterfront places for eating, drinking, and shopping. A short distance away to the east you can shop at Silver Sands in Miramar Beach, the largest discount designer outlet in the nation. Crystal Sands is also near popular beachfront restaurants including The Crab Trap, 790 on the Gulf and the Beachwalk Cafe.

Third Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with Queen Bed, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

Note: Through March, the pools at Crystal Sands will undergo weekday resurfacing and upgrades. Only one pool will be closed at a time, ensuring continued pool access. Thank you for your understanding.
