The glittering views of the emerald hued gulf waters extend far into the southern horizon beside the wide white ribbon of beautiful beach. Here you may enjoy the wonderful balcony views and listen to the soothing surf sounds while sipping a tropical drink. Besides the beach, Crystal Sands also has a seasonally heated pool for added refreshment.

The open living area allows you to enjoy these views from indoors as well since the wall of glass doors that frames this sensational scenery. The spaciousness of the living area is enhanced by a soaring vaulted cathedral ceiling with an open staircase that leads to a sleeping loft and the second bedroom. Two couches, one of which doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa, face the balcony and flat screen TV. A table on the other side of the living area has four wooden chairs for delightful dining. The ample open kitchen has three more seats next to a counter bar where savory seafood appetizers may be served. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and full bath en suite which is shared with the hall. The carpeted upstairs includes a lofted queen bedroom with a 55 inch TV, and an adjoining bedroom with two queen beds. Both rooms are decorated with soft pleasing pastel tones and share a full hall bathroom.

Action offered by this Destin locale is just minutes away from Crystal Sands by car with restaurants, world class shopping and family fun. This includes beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive as well as a wide assortment of fine dining establishments, friendly bars and shopping at the popular retail village of Destin Commons. Silver Sands, the largest Discount Designer Outlet in the nation, is in nearby Miramar Beach and attracts millions of happy shoppers every year. Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
