The neighborhood beach access includes a picnic pavilion and convenient bathroom facilities with showers for sandy feet. This beach is very special because it connects directly to Draper Lake. It has a private setting overlooking the trees, an umbrella table with seating, lounge chairs, and a grill for fun outdoor entertainment. The expansive open living area filled with natural light looks out upon this deck with walls of windows and a glass door that leads outside. This living area also features a soaring vaulted ceiling and light honey-toned hardwood flooring throughout that accentuates the spacious look. Creamy white furnishings include a couch, love seat, a hardwood-topped table, and two cozy accent chairs. A flat-screen TV on the other side of the room sits on a chic beach-washed credenza for evening entertainment. A charming dining area near the extended wall of windows off the kitchen includes a maple wood country table flanked by six festive cherry-red hardwood chairs with white cushioned seats. The ample kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a white subway tile backsplash.

The serene colored Primary Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and private ensuite bath with a glass-walled walk-in shower. As for the Guest Bedrooms, one includes twin bunks while the other features two twin beds. One is completed in lovely light green toned interiors, while the other is done in a soothing pale blue. They have access to a full hall bath with a separate vanity area and a tub-shower combination.
