This comfortably furnished two-bedroom vacation rental residence at the fabulous Edgewater in Miramar Beach can accommodate up to eight fortunate gulf-going guests. Edgewater is a magnificent masterpiece of architectural design inspired by a hotel on the French Riviera. This southern version resembles a giant luxury cruise ship that happened to dock itself on a particularly beautiful part of the shimmering shoreline. It has curved exterior walls with stepped-up open ship-like bows on one side that arches around a lavish pool setting on the other. Balconies adorned with some cascading vines almost look like a modern rendition of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon!  

A large balcony at Edgewater 1203 is open from both the living area and Master Suite also provides cruise liner-type views of the glowing emerald-toned gulf in the distance and the beautiful beach below. This furnished setting invites you to experience the sparkling vistas while enjoying your favorite drinks and savory snacks. The open living area includes a dove grey wraparound couch flanked by a stylish armchair. A chic contemporarily styled shelving unit houses a large flatscreen TV provided for entertainment. A triple paneled sliding glass, light parchment tiled flooring, and a mirror wall accentuate space. A glass-topped table beneath a vintage chandelier nearby has four high-backed chairs beside a wall adorned with a bright, vivid painting. The open kitchen with blonde hardwood cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances features a sleek black granite-topped bar with three elegant café styled raised chairs. This provides a great spot to enjoy wonderful adult beverages and fun appetizers.

The Master Bedroom Suite includes a decorative metal framed king-size bed beside a wall of sliding glass doors providing glittering gulf views and balcony access. A classically styled antique chest and side tables provide a warm stately look. The private ensuite bath has twin vanities on thick, richly mottled granite-topped counters and a walk-in shower. The angled Guest Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a twin bunk bed, a bright sunny window, and cream-colored cottage-styled furnishings. These are accented by uniquely carved white decorative art on the wall above the bed that shows silhouetted patterns of flowers.

The lushly landscaped grounds of Edgewater spread out towards the sugary shore and jeweled gulf with grassy lawns adorned with islands of tropical palms. The beautiful beach spans across 420 linear feet and two swimming pools sit beside one another on two levels with a waterfall that cascades down from one to the other. One pool is heated for year-round use while a large simmering hot tub for adults and a kid's wading pool provides relaxing fun for everyone. A Tiki Bar & Grill beside the beach welcomes you to dine poolside while enjoying your favorite tropical drinks. A grill deck with seating may tempt you to create your own Surf n Turf delight. Edgewater also features a basketball court, shuffleboard, a putting green, a children's playground, and an ample fitness center.

This wonderful world in Miramar Beach is close to popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and bargain shopping for designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Great restaurants, lively bars, shopping venues, fun festivities, family amusements, and outdoor concerts are minutes away at the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf along with Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.
